WARNING SPOILERS!

This article deals with spoilers from this week’s episode of “The Flash,” “Welcome to Earth-2.”

The Flash aka Barry Allen, along with Cisco Ramon and Harrison Wells,  traveled through the Multiverse on last night’s episode of “The Flash” . During the trip, we were given a glimpse of Supergirl as portrayed by Melissa Benoist.

The image hails from the “Supergirl” Pilot Episode (see below).

Since the Multiverse has been explored during Season Two of The Flash, this appears to shed some light on and provide foreshadowing for the upcoming Flash/Supergirl Crossover (click here for details).

With this in mind, it is most likely that the events in the “Supergirl” TV Show take place on an alternate Earth within the Multiverse, and not on the one shared by “The Flash,” “Arrow,” and “Legends of Tomorrow.”
