Recently, the CW confirmed that Robbie Amell would be returning to The Flash in a guest starring role as the Earth-2 doppelganger of Ronnie Raymond, known as Deathstorm. Internet reports indicate that Amell dropped
a MAJOR SPOILER about his return. Read on for the 411…

Originally, Amell portrayed Ronnie Raymond aka Firestorm on the Flash Season One. However his character was killed at the beginning of Season Two. As one-half of the Firestorm Matrix, Team Flash sought out a replacement and found one in the form of Jax Jackson. The young former athlete and mechanic is now the physical representation of the Firestorm Matrix on Flash.

It has always been speculated that Amell would return and it has recently been confirmed as to how.  His return to The Flash will be as the villainous Deathstorm of Earth-2.

SPOILERS:  Robbie Amell has been quoted as telling an internet source the following: “In episode 13, so in a couple weeks, you’ll see me as Deathstorm, and Caitlin as Killer Frost. So I get to come back, and I kill a series regular. So there’s that, I’m probably going to get in trouble for saying that.”

The question here is whether or not the series regular is from Earth-1 or Earth-2? Team Flash is set to visit Earth-2 in an upcoming episode, so the possibility exists that they could encounter their Earth-2 counterparts. Be sure to tune in to find out!
