Last year, we learned that NEW members were coming to join Peter Quill aka Star-Lord and crew for the second installment in the Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. A few months back, Director James Gunn stated that NEW characters were set to be included on the Guardians roster, joining current members: Star-Lord aka Peter Quill, Gamora, Drax, Rocket Raccoon, and Groot. The number of additions is reported to be the following three characters: Yondu (Michael Rooker),  Nebula (Karen Gillan) (wait, what?) and Mantis (speculated to be played by newcomer Pom Klementieff).

While that line-up definitely rouses my curiosity, it will be very interesting to learn how they’re introduced onto the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 team. What are your thoughts on this speculated development? Please sound-off in the comments!
